Where does the time go? Here we are still putting fall and winter items in our store and already we are having to start planning for spring and summer 2008. Wow…today I just unpacked hats and mittens and for Polkadot Patch we have to start picking out short sets. Sometimes it is mind boggling! Part of me loves planning so far in advance, and then the other part of me absolutely hates having to plan so far in advance. Yuck.

I always used to wonder why stores would put Christmas trees in displays in Oct. I still do…it seems just too early to begin thinking of the holidays…and yet again…I can’t believe its already mid-October. Time does just creep up and before we know it, it WILL be the holiday season. I, for one, have already started buying my holiday gifts and hope by seeing the Christmas trees in the stores will keep me ahead of the holidays this year! Nothing like planning!

So despite the Christmas trees in Oct. or buying clothes for next summer…it’s ok to scream YIKES every now and then.

We love these very unique, handcrafted name signs from BS Designs. These are amazing and such an amazing quilt to hang on the wall! Every child loves seeing their name and then to have one on their bedroom or playroom wall…is the best!

This one is my favorite. It’s the crazy daisy name banner. I love the vivid colors and how much color it would bring into a little girls room. So fun!
