Polkadot Patch Baby Boutique: Great baby gifts and more

We have something exciting in the works for Polkadot Patch! We have been working behind the scenes to introduce a new feature to our store that we think we will have a great response to. We are working with our website designer to get this into place and hopefully it will be done within the next couple of weeks. Sorry to be so sly about it…but since it’s not complete yet, it’ll be more fun to announce it when it’s ready!

In fact, we are going to be making some changes in the next few weeks that we hope will make the store a better shopping experience for our customers.

In the meantime, we received some great feedback today that we added to our customer comments page. We SOOOO appreciate when people take the time to tell us how much they love our store! It really is gratifying to hear when others appreciate our customer service and our unique selection!

 So thank you for making PPB everything we know it can become!

It seems like it always happens. I let down my guard to relax a little and then…BAM…a ton of work comes my way! FedEx and UPS have been delivering new fall clothing shipments almost every day and getting the items into our store is a lot of work! Don’t get me wrong, I love unpacking and seeing these absolutely adorable outfits that we picked out months ago. It’s always like Christmas getting all these boxes to open and discovering the contents! We do a lot of “Oh…I remember ordering this” and “This is my new favorite” (until we open the next box…) with every box that is opened. However…then the hard work begins!

Receiving shipments is one of my favorite parts of owning a children’s store. BUT…I won’t kid myself and say I love all the work it entails getting the products live in the store. That I could do without….

 So stay tuned…we have so many fun clothes that will be coming into the store in the next few weeks and months….hopefully ones that will have you saying “Now THAT is my favorite!”

Much to my chagrin, I am done having babies. I love ‘em to pieces, but I’m glad to be moving on from diapers and sleepless nights! BUT…having a children’s clothing store makes it so hard sometimes when I see these itty bitty clothes. And then, boom! THE most adorable little set comes in and really makes me drool. I can only imagine how sweet and snuggly a little baby would be in this Giggle Moon Giraffe Baby Set. It absolutely is the softest baby set I’ve ever felt….I’d say a close second to newborn skin.

We have so many loyal customers who are referring our store to others. We wanted to be able to give something back to our “Patchers” (that’s our pet term for our loyal customers!) by offering a monetary “thank you” for those positive referrals. So…we’ve come up with a new Refer-A-Friend program that we are launching today. We really feel this program will help spread the good news about Polkadot Patch, but also to reward our customers who actually DO refer us!

We’d love any feedback on our new program…whatcha think?

It’s almost July 4th and that means the summer clothing items have to go! Well…it really means that our winter inventory is coming now every day and we need to move out the summer clothes to make room in our warehouse. We have already received our first shipment of fall clothes from a *NEW* boutique brand. We’re very excited about this new brand…especially the affordable prices! Stay tuned…it should be up by the end of next week!

At any rate, we have reduced many of our items again and know there are some great deals to be found at the Patch! So stop by!
